Amira Alhassan graduated from The New School University with a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Media Studies from Eugene Lang College. Everyone and everything has a unique story to tell. It is the tool that connects us all. Figuring out the best way to tell that story? That’s what Amira does.
She currently works for T-Mobile, as a Sr. Creative Development Manager, driving the creative direction on T-Mobile Enterprise videos that include Un-carrier announcements, 5G Innovation use cases and more. She has previously worked as the Associate Director of Creative Media for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, where she produced, directed, and edited a variety of projects including commercials, music videos, PSAs, short documentaries, and event recaps.
Amira has also produced content companies and organizations such as Google Food Lab for Innovation, High Sierra Lifestyle, CHOC Children's Hospital, Stuzo Clothing, and Heather James Fine Art, and NYDJ.
In her free time, Amira enjoys scuba diving and being outdoors - she started an instagram @WanderInColor that highlights and empowers black women in the outdoors.
